Accessible Holidays

Travel Sense acts as a travel agent and works with specialist tour operators to arrange accessible holidays. These holidays are carefully planned based on the information you share with us and the accessibility details provided by our suppliers.

While we take every reasonable step to confirm accessibility features in advance, we cannot guarantee that every aspect of a holiday will be fully accessible or suitable for every individual. Accessibility can vary between destinations, accommodation providers, transport services and local facilities, and some elements remain outside our direct control.

For this reason, we strongly encourage open and detailed discussions about your needs before booking. We will always be honest about what can be confirmed, what may vary, and where limitations may exist, so you can make an informed decision.


Our Role

Travel Sense will:

  • Take time to understand your accessibility needs and preferences
  • Work closely with our tour operator partners to request and confirm accessibility information
  • Share written details and practical information before you travel
  • Support you throughout the planning process and remain available to assist if issues arise while you are away

However, final delivery of holiday services such as accommodation, transport and on-the-ground assistance is the responsibility of the tour operator and local suppliers.
